I will make sure to update you every time progress is made on your commission and ask what you think or if you want any changes. You can always ask for updates but please be patient! To add on, please keep in mind that I also attend college so I will try to work on your commission in my free time.

I do commissions on order of who requests first and so on! I will let you know where you are in the queue & send the link to my Trello (commission queue)! You can also find my Trello at the top of the “commissions” category on this website.

Please don't rush me or be impatient because it will stress me out and might make the piece lower quality

Make sure to provide a high-quality (preferably digital and unshaded) reference sheet. This makes color picking and referencing easier. If your sheet doesn't have any of that, it's okay!

I will NOT accept any form of payment that isn't cash/money! I won't accept things such as gift cards, robux, nitro, etc.

Please keep in mind that I’m still practicing uncommon species!

I will deny any ideas that either seem too difficult for me or makes me uncomfortable. I’m still up for a challenge though!

Please let me know if you want any changes or don’t like a certain part of the art! I want to make sure your commission looks just as you want it.

Commissions (besides reference sheets) will be fully shaded/rendered (unless listed otherwise on this website or commission announcements).

If you are being rude, demanding, pushy, or generally making me feel uncomfortable I will cancel the commission/refund (unless the commission is fully completed). Please be kind the entire process!

Once the artwork is FULLY completed there will be NO refunds. If you want to request a refund, make sure you do so before the line art is completed.

Credit is always nice when posting your finished commission or having it as a profile picture/banner! The main thing I want credited is re-posts of my art. Please credit my username @scrunklyjax if posting your finished commission!
